Writer's Block: End of the World as We Know It
That is so easy. The world will end with the Dalek/Cyberman war. (Daleks fighting Cybermen, not them fighting together.) Of course, that would leave all the immortals alive, but that's okay because Methos and Duncan can hitch a ride with the Doctor. Also Jack Bauer, because he's immortal by default.
